We know how important the relationship is with a family and pediatrician. The newborn care team at Parkside are experts in caring for your little bundle of joy. Here, we talk a lot about the little things that go into your family’s Parkside Experience and that’s especially true of our newborns and families. From our blanket warmer that ensures your little one stays warm and cozy as they are being weighed, to our private nursing nook, our aim is to make you feel at home at Parkside. We also offer a separate newborn waiting area to ensure that your Parkside visit is as calm and relaxing as possible. To put your mind at ease, our doctors are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Parkside Pediatrics is home of the Breastfeeding Center at Parkside with nurses and Pediatricians who are also International Board Certified Lactation Consultants. The Breastfeeding Center of Greenville provides the ultimate in newborn care and lactation support to help make breastfeeding as seamless of a process as it is beautiful.
Our desire is to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families of all ages and Parkside OB-GYN is a natural extension of our practice. We offer first-class Prenatal and Gynecologic care to women in an inviting, comfortable environment that our Parkside families have come to know and trust.

This free class is a great avenue for expecting parents to have all their questions answered about breastfeeding. Taught by one of our Certified Lactation Consultants, this course is open to couples and we encourage partner participation as they can be one of the keys to success for new moms adjusting to breastfeeding. This class meets on the second Tuesday of every month at our Verdae location. Please register using the link above.
As a new mom, you’ll have many questions when it comes to your newborn. Join other new moms along with our very own Certified Lactation Consultants for Baby Basics. Specifically designed for moms with babies under 12 weeks, this class will put your mind at ease. Here you can receive answers to questions about your baby. Plus you can meet other new moms to share in the adventure that is raising a new baby. While Baby Basics is free, you will still need to register to reserve your spot.
