During these unprecedented times, we want our Parkside families to feel as supported as possible. Keep reading to schedule your child a sick visit ONLINE or to learn more about the coronavirus.
We are constantly working to stay up to date on all evidence-based Pediatric care recommendations, including COVID-19 vaccinations. With that said, we want to be clear that our recommendation is that children ages 12 and up get the COVID-19 vaccination if they’re able. As we anxiously await the availability of vaccine data among younger age groups, children under the age of 12, we will keep this page updated with our thoughts and recommendations as we receive additional information.
We currently offer the Moderna and Pfizer vaccinations, either of which your child will receive based on their age.
*Please note: You do not need to be a patient at Parkside to receive the Covid-19 vaccine from us.

The most reliable sources for medical information will cite their references, and any accompanying research should be from peer-reviewed scientific journals. Here are a few websites, articles, and studies we trust as resources when doing our own research.
Whether you think your child may have the coronavirus, the common cold, or the flu, we want to see them in our office. To make things as simple as possible, you can now schedule sick appointments for your child online.
